These terms and conditions represent the set out contractual agreement between you, the customer, and Biztegic LLC (herein referred to as “us”), governing the use of our website and our downloadable products (eBooks, courses, webinars, and guides). You agree, under law, that the payment information used for this transaction belongs to you and that you understand that you will be charged using this payment method.

You agree that once a product has been purchased by you, no right of cancellation or refund exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 due to the digital nature of our products.

You agree that Biztegic LLC takes no responsibility whatsoever of the suitability of the product.

You agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initiate any chargebacks via your payment provider. You agree that any payments made by you for any of our products are final and may not be charged back. You agree that if a charge back is presented to us from you, that we have the right to seek legal retribution for breach of agreement.

You agree to indemnify us against all liabilities, claims, demands, expenses, actions, costs, damages, or loss arising out of your breach of these terms and conditions. Furthermore, we shall not be liable to you or any party for consequential, indirect, special or exemplary damages including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, business or anticipated benefits whether arising under tort, contract, negligence or otherwise whether foreseen, reasonably foreseeable or advised of the possibility of such damages.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us for the supply of the downloadable digital product(s) and shall supersede any prior agreements whether made in writing, orally, implied or otherwise.

By placing this order you agree all of the terms and conditions outlined under the terms and conditions section as stated above. You understand that this is a one time purchase of the above materials and that there are no refunds or exchanges on the purchase due to the digital content of the material. You agree that the payment information cannot be charged back through your payment provider. In the event that Biztegic is required to employ an attorney to enforce any provision of this Agreement, you, the customer, shall pay to Biztegic, all attorney fees and court costs incurred.
